US dispatches strategic assets to peninsula after dubious nuke claim by North Korea
1/11/16 – GMA News reports “US troops put on highest alert for any North Korea provocation.”
InfoWars reports that the US responded to the nuclear test by flying B-2 bombers from Anderson Air Force Base in Guam over South Korea Sunday.
The alert was ordered by Curtis Scaparrotti, commander of the UN Command/Combined Forces Command/United States Forces Korea.
“North Korea’s nuclear test is a blatant violation of its international obligations. U.S. joint military forces in the Indo-Asia-Pacific will continue to work with all of our regional allies and partners to maintain stability and security.”
